Summer Planting consists of a mix of plants that can survive the dry, hot summer months. This would include a mix of wax begonias, vinca, marigolds, salvia, and dusty miller.

You can place your Summer Planting order at any time; however, please note that the summer planting season officially begins in mid-May, just after Mother’s Day, and continues throughout the summer months.

Planting time: Mid-May to June (start of the growing season)

Growing period: Through September/October

Growth pattern: Plants start small and gradually increase in size over the season

Photos referenced: Taken during mid-summer, when plants are already partially to well developed

At an additional charge of $60, you can include the grave care package of weeding, fertilizing, watering, and maintaining the plants during the dry, hot summer months of June, July, & August.
